He is in the process of painting.
His most favorite job ever!
That should be completed by tonight.

While waiting for paint he started cutting tiles
and laying them out on the pool table.
Seeing "color" is so exciting!

We had a few blunders.
The primer he bought was oil based.
It has a horrible smell.
Not good for allergies.
So I replaced the enamel paint so we can all breathe.
Then the toilet fell over after he removed it
and set it aside.
It broke into about 50 pieces!!!
But there has been alot of progress.
He is trying a venetian plaster technique
which looks great.
And will try a chocolate "wash" on it.
(Any advice is welcomed.)
Ceiling has been textured.
Floor has been prepped.
Primer has mostly been applied.
He is almost finished??

Can't wait to see the finished product. I love the colors and the chocolate wash sounds interesting.
Looks great! It has been so long since I have been to your house, but is it the 'main' bathroom? We want to see the finished project too!
No this is not the bathroom on the main floor. This bathroom under construction is in the basement.
