We were finally able to give Tessa a proper party.
Somewhat of one anyway!
Her friend, Dorthe, was unable to join us as she wasn't feeling well.
Then Tessa's boyfriend, Jacob, was sick too!
We just found out he has influenza A.
Oh great! NOT that!!
But Daryl was home. And Dirk and Mary Jo.
Maria and Trav,too.
I just love her squinties!Being we had lasagna the other night per her request we had to change the menu.
Tessa's second choice was biscuits and gravy.
Thanks, Ria, for making the biscuits.
Then we enjoyed Earthquake cake for dessert.
Her first choice for that was chocolate cake with German chocolate frosting.
(But we ate all that while we were snowed in last week.)
And played Guesstures.
Girls beat the boys even tho they were one up on us!!!
Good times were had by all.

I love Maria's new do. Maybe it isn't new but it is to me.
And you should share the recipe for that earthquake cake. You have mentioned it a few times so it must be good stuff.
The only reason you won was because you went one more turn than we did, and you only won by one point. So if we could have had our turn, we would have won.
