On Friday Maria was smiling through her tears. Tears of joy that is!!!!
She crossed the finish line of the five year long adventure of getting a degree. What started the fall of '04 as a Speech Therapy major then changed to Accounting. She crossed the finish line with a Business Administration degree. Should of been with honors but there were a few technical things that changed that at the end. Like signing her up for graduation and not including her in the program!??
But she has graduated and is stoked about that!

It has been a long difficult road to achieve this. About as long and difficult as the announcer had pronouncing her new last name!!! Poor guy killed it!!
For a graduation gift her new hubby gave her a puppy...Harley. (The next pup's name will be Davidson!)So more smiles and tears of joy!
The girl was about bursting on Friday with joy as she also got a JOB too!!! She will be working at the local Pizza Ranch. Its not a management position like she hoped to have but it has potential and its a paycheck for now.
No grandma news.
But the pup has been a source of joy for the some-day-to-be uncles!!! Clark and Seth held Harley the entire afternoon!!!
They are now BEGGING for a pup of their own for Christmas!!
There will be some disappointed boys!! Oh well. At least Santa will be to blame instead of me!!

Thank you everyone! The boys kept calling Mom "Grandma". She wants to be a Grandma so badly but she really wasn't appreciating that too much!! The puppy is a mix. We're not really sure what he is...we call him lab-ish?
