We are preparing for a big party!! Its not a Super Bowl party either. This party is way bigger than that!
Its Clark's 16th and Tessa's 18th birthday bash!
Clark will have to be the host of it all as Tessa will be enjoying the party from her new perch-the chair.
She tried going to school half days this week. Pain pain pain. So called the doctor in Mayo. Got told she is to be doing absolutely nothing as she should not be experiencing pain with this injection. If she is experiencing any pain at all she is over doing it. Period.
Tessa will not be going to school til March 9th and then only part time.
The school has yet to get back to me on how we are going to work with her to complete her classes. Most of them she can do on her own but one she will be needing assistance with.
Not the best way to spend your birthday!! But if it takes care of the pain and heals the ailment then we will do just that.
Seth cant wait to dig into that huge tub of messy cheese balls as they are GLUTEN FREE!!! He is not looking forward to sharing one of them either!
As for the pickles... they are Clark and Tessa's favorites. Between the two of them they could polish off that jar full in a day or two! Think they will share them or hide them?
If the weather cooperates we should have 20-some noisy kids rocking the house off its foundation once again!!!
Will be fun.
Even if one birthday kid has to sit it out on her perch.

SUCH FUN!!
My heart just breaks for Tessa! This is just so hard, hard, hard.
We are still (really her Mom and Dad) are really struggling with finding out what is wrong with Linkin. They have been to many, many specialists and not one seems to know.
My prayers are with you, Kath! You hang in there. I know it's hard because we (as parents) want to take on the pain for our children.

(the party, of course. Not the pain.)
I hope that the party is FUN!!
Pickles and cheese balls! What a combination. I was hoping they weren't the ingredients for some unusual American dish ;)
Poor Tessa, I find it amazing in this modern age that they can't find out what's wrong and fix it. I will keep her (and you) in my prayers.
Hope the party is great.
I hate to hear that Tessa is still feeling awful and on her birthday too. I hope she gets better soon.
Happy Birthday Clark. Don't eat all those pickles at once.
What a exciting party time.
So sorry to hear Tessa is feeling pain still. Poor girl. Guess she just has to rest like the Dr. says. Have fun with the party (o: 20 kids... yikes! We are having a snow storm today. It is pretty and looks like it will melt off soon.
